We have been the UK's one-stop shop for cruiser parts and accessories since 2003.

We operate as an online-only store and do not have a walk-in shop. Therefore it is not possible to view or buy items in person.
But please feel free to contact us on 07979495585 if you would like to talk to us about any of our parts.

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept payment via Paypal. You can also use your credit card / debit card via the Paypal checkout.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for any reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Price Promise:

We do our best to beat the price offered by any UK based retailer for any product on offer on our website or ebay shop.
If you do find a better price for an identical product elsewhere, please contact us and provide the following information:

1. PRODUCT PART NUMBER AND DESCRIPTION
2. PRICE OF PART ON COMPETITOR'S WEBSITE.
3. COMPETITOR'S CONTACT DETAILS.
4. EVIDENCE OF PRODUCT PRICE - EG. WEBPAGE URL / SCREEN SHOT / CATALOGUE SCAN.

As soon as we receive your call or email we will check the details and endeavor to beat the price.

All small parcels sent to UK mainland addresses are sent with Royal Mail Tracked 24 and the shipping price is £5 including VAT.

All large parcels sent to UK mainland addresses are sent with Parcel Force 24 and the shipping price is also £5 including VAT.

The shipping prices to non-mainland UK addresses and international destinations are shown at checkout.

If incorrect shipping has been selected we will contact you and let you know there are outstanding postage costs to pay.

Products are subject to availability and prices may change without prior notice.

We aim to deliver all stock items within 1 to 3 working days. If an item you have selected is out of stock we will endeavour to send your order to you within 10 working days.

Metric Cruisers cannot be held responsible for items lost or delayed by shipping companies. We will, however, endeavor to aid our customers in the event of a delay.

If your item is not in stock at our suppliers, we will contact you to see if you would like us to place the item on back order for you. You will be given the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

For orders made from the UK, 20% VAT is charged.

Buying with us is totally secure, both when paying with your Paypal account or debit / credit cards via the Paypal platform.

Our manufacturer's will provide their own warranties with their products.

In the unlikely event of a warranty clame, please contact us and we will contact the manufacturer on your behalf.

Warranty will not cover any item that has been incorrectly fitted, damaged, or modified in any way.

No compensation is given for any and all labour charges howsoever incurred (for example, for fitting or removing parts from a motorcycle).

Purchasers of exhausts should satisfy themselves that the product is suitable for its intended use.
Unless otherwise stated, exhausts are not "road legal" and are for show or race use only.

Exhausts are warrantied against faulty manufacture and defects in production metals. No warranty is given as regards to stainless steel or chrome plated parts against heat generated colour finishes to the product or the forming of oxydation on systems when in use on the motorcycle.

Goods must be returned within 30 days, in new condition, and in original packaging.
Metric Cruisers is not responsible for the return delivery charge, unless parts are defective.
